"Jarvis was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with new tires. Even though it was a hectic day in there he took the time to walk through my options, answered all my questions, and was super nice. I’ll be a returning customer there for sure because of the experience with him today."

"Came in to get a tire patch on my front passenger side tire which had a screw in it. After leaving my car with them they told me that the same tire which the screw was in had been previously patched by the prior owner. Which also followed with them telling me that my rear wheel tire on the same side has very low tread and should be replaced soon. After going back and forth on different tire prices and replacements. I decided to decline on those deals and just have them put my spare donut tire on the front tire where the screw was. When I arrived to pick up my car. My car was in the lot with the donut on the back and the front tire being almost completely flat with the screw still in it. They then told me the rope plug was indeed in the back and not on the same tire as the screw as they said. Forcing me to basically yell for the front tire to just get patched, which is what I originally went there for. They then patched the front and put my original tire on the back on again. Saying nothing about the apparently small tread and rope plug. The front desk clerk was kind and did apologize for the inconvenience and mistake on their part. Definitely don’t trust them and won’t be coming back. Feels like a scam was being put into play that wasn’t properly executed on their part. Would’ve lost between 360$-500$ for 2 tires I basically didn’t need if I didn’t reject the services when I decided to check on their work. Very disappointing…"

"I got a nail in my tire during my delivery shift tonight. I came into Discount Tires 15 minutes to close, fully expecting to have to leave my car overnight since it was so close to end of day. I was extremely pleased when the gentleman informed me they would patch my tire and have me back on the road tonight! Took less than an hour and I was very grateful for the staff working late to accommodate me so close to end of day. Excellent customer service and prompt repair time. This is why I continue to choose Discount for my tire needs. Thanks!"

"Went here on a Monday morning for a winter tire change with an appointment and was greeted by Branden, I believe, who had preemptively walked out to meet us before we could even step onto the curb! Kind and friendly service, offered water, and provided frequent updates about the status of service. Altogether, a quick and pleasant visit that greatly contrasted worse experiences at other locations down in Denver."
