"The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in any service industry. I brought my 2022 Bronco in for warranty repairs and recalls and got it back with scratches down to the metal on both driver doors, the door jam, and rear fender. They said their body shop was the best thing ever and that they would repair it. After a month I was called to pick up the vehicle only to arrive and see literal paint runs in their “repair” and areas that were fixed with touch up paint that were still chipped. Gave them another shot at the repair against my better judgement and this time when I was called for pickup the painted areas had orange peel, swirl marks, and the clear coat has been sanded through in several areas. I talked to the GM (Greg Larson) before the holidays and he was all for making it right. Said he’d call me after the holidays with a presentation on what he can offer. He never did. I had to reach out several times and finally got his assistant and left a message. He then called me back and acted like we’d never spoken before and like I was bothering him. I had to remind him of our prior conversation and he basically denied it happened. Said it “slipped his mind”. It’s been an unreal experience. I sent some photos of the damage because his latest response was that “the body shop manager said it was repaired correctly the second time”. After he saw the photos he stated that “he’s not an expert” and refused acknowledge seeing any damage in the photos. It’s very obvious damage. I mean it’s sanded through on the clear coat. Just an unreal experience. Don't give them your business and DEFINITELY don’t trust any of their service departments. Their service manager told me that if I traded the vehicle in with the paint runs that they wouldn’t bother repairing it and that the next buyer wouldn’t notice. Insane place."
