"In an over saturated market of van outfitters and builders, the Vansmith stands head and shoulders above them! We are READY for winter. I've done some DIY work to my van. Nothing mechanical or plumbing. Just floors, walls, ceilings insulation and finishing, bed framing, and organization. So many van outfitters wouldn't even give me 30 mins to discuss what my desires were -- in this case, simply hooking up a heater that is capable of altitude, hooks right into my fuel tank and is capable of being powered by my existing EcoFlow Delta Pro. The Vansmith not only invited me to swing by and discuss the options, they provided me with excellent insights, let me know their limitations AND abilities and also gave me a lot of help with future DIY ideas. They also simply just offered to help for anything. It was refreshing. They are down to earth and understand that not every van is an instagram influence, but it's also a personal project. They aren't just churning out cheaply made vans and parts/services at a high price. They did excellent work and I will absolutely use them again to help with projects, even ones I was planning on DIYing, I can actually feel good about maybe just having them do it instead!"

"If only I could give them more than 5 stars I would. In one word, The Vansmith is terrific! In the spring of 2022, I began to get serious about getting a camper van. When I contacted them, they were immediately helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions (in addition, their website is a great resource -- check it out). After some consideration, I decided on one of their already built out models for sale, a Sprinter 144 Rack & Rock with some really nice additions. The R&R model is wonderful -- everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. They made the purchase seamless and provided a very thorough walk-thru of all the operations and features I needed to feel comfortable and ready to take off on my first trip. Most importantly, after you drive away, you can feel confident that you'll get the very same great service as needed. Whether simply a question or a problem, they are immediately responsive and genuinely happy to help. Just this week I had a issue with my electrical system -- a combination of very cold weather and operator error. The Vansmith folks were immediately on the job helping me remotely with clear descriptions, photos and videos. Problem solved!
