"Oil changes take 2 days at least. They are extremely overpriced, and their diagnostics are inaccurate. They advertise ease of service and communication, but you can't get ahold of your service advisor for several days, then your service advisor changes. An accurate ETA to this team is "sometime tomorrow" which translates to "sometime in the next 3-4 business days". You're forced to communicate through an electronic platform that is very poorly managed, and the staff does not have a reliable tracking system for storing keys to vehicles. Oh, and DO NOT use the delivery service. It's more of a pain than just paying for a rideshare service on your own. By the way, they advertise that they'll pay for your rideshare, but really they won't. You'd think they're super busy with customers lined up out the door, but nope, most of the employees are standing around like they've got nothing to do because they actually don't care about fixing your vehicle in a reasonable amount of time. Used to be a great shop, now they've gone way downhill."

"I brought my Expedition in for routine 90K mileage maintenance, drove home directly from the dealership, and 2.5 hours later my car had no brake fluid. I had it towed back down to this dealership that same evening. It was (re-)inspected the next morning, I approved the quoted necessary maintenance, and the car proceeded to sit for the entire day with no repair and no communication from the service department. I showed up the following day because no one would take or return my phone calls. The repair still is not complete. I’m taking my business elsewhere. I’m done with this service department."
