"The team at Dents by Hand is fabulous and did an excellent job repairing hail damage on my car. The staff are so kind and welcoming, and Michael was so accommodating in scheduling. My repairs were completed faster than estimated, and when I picked up the car it had been cleaned inside and out. I live over 45 minutes away, but still picked this shop for repairs because of the excellent reputation they have, which exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them!"

"These guys are GREAT. They helped me actually see the amount of hail damage that had occurred, which included a lot of subtle dents that the other shops hadn't even seen. They documented everything really well and the insurance company accepted the estimate fully and completely without any back-and-forth. Working with Michael and the team was great. I ended up deciding to only repair some of the damage and sold the car, so ended up with more cash in my pocket than I expected. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical when they asked me for a documentation fee (it was $250), but now that I better understand the process, I realize that it was more than fair.
