Booking a time to bring it in and taking it in ahead of time were both incredibly easy. Mel, one of the employees I spoke with, was incredibly helpful and quick to get back to me. I don’t usually feel comfortable leaving my car with mechanics because I’ve been taken advantage of in the past, and I don’t have an inch of that feeling with this shop!
