"The staff at Giordano's hosted a 40+ person dinner for our high school students and chaperones, They had a section of the restaurant well prepared as well as quickly managed drink orders and began bringing out several varieties of pies as well as salads. I rarely finish my crusts on pizza, but theirs was very tasty and had a great mouth feel, crispy without being hard while not being tough or chewy. I'm not a sauce snob, but can say that this was in my top 5. Add to that that all their ingredients were fresh and high quality and it makes for a great pizza experience that the entire group really enjoyed. And as can be seen in the photo, people really like the ranch!"
"HORRIBLE FOOD AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE… We’re a family of five with three kids. After being seated for about 15 minutes, I had to get up to ask for a server. Apparently NOBODY was assigned to serve our table. Kid’s menus were not offered, instead, server made us order a $25 cheese pizza for the kids instead of $7.95 kid’s pizza meal. Calamari was extremely greasy and tasteless, bland. We sent it back. The pizza took about 40 mins even though the restaurant was half full at 7pm. People that arrived after us were served before us. The server forgot to bring the side of meatball for the kids when the pizza was served. I spoke to the manager, but the gross lack of service continued, and I had to get up constantly from the table to ask for water, napkins, lemonade refill. The side of meatballs arrived after we were ready to leave and although the kids tried a meatball, they left the other one because they didn’t like it. The kids didn’t like the pizza either and left most of it on the table (when don’t kids eat all the pizza? When it’s that bad!). They brought the $68 bill and the manager did not take off the tasteless, greasy calamari. That was the last time I bring my family there. Complete waste of money."
"This place is pretty good. I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan of Chicago-style pizza, but I would say that is the best thing on the menu. The thin crust pizza is pretty good as well. It's crunchy while maintaining a softness, but the Chicago-style pizza has a flakier crust which I prefer. The cheese and toppings are both really good as well, but the crust is the best part of the pizza. The cheesy garlic bread is decent, but nothing to rave about. They use an actual slice of bread; I always prefer the cheesy bread which is made out of pizza dough, so I wouldn't get it again. The fries were surprisingly good. They are thin cut (which I prefer); I got the garlic parmesan fries and they tasted better plain than with the ranch sauce that was provided. One of my friends bought their fettuccini alfredo pasta one of the times I have gone here and so I sampled that as well. It tasted pretty good and was creamy, but I wouldn't pay the $20 that they sell it for. It didn't taste any more unique than any other pastas I have had at other restaurants."
"Good food....if you're patient. The back of the house is understaffed, and so is the front of the house. 45 minutes before we got our food, which was cold when we got it....especially the pizza. My salad was the best thing I ordered. The arancini was actually hot and tasty. There were other tables waiting 15 minutes before they were greeted and offered drinks. The hostess wasn't even at her station and got mad when a party of 8 seated themselves. She muttered something unwelcoming under her breath. Highly unprofessional. A one and done for me. I'd take a flight to Chicago for deep dish pizza, which may have been a quicker experience with hot food by the time we get there."
"If you want delicious, thick, cheesy, deep dish pizza - this is the place! This was my first time eating deep dish pizza and it did not disappoint. It takes around 30-40 minutes for the pizza to cook, but if you have time it’s well worth the wait. While you wait, start with the Parmesan fries with a side of ranch. Be warned: 1-2 slices was the max I could eat. Come hungry, leave happy :)"
