"I usually have a great experience here the food yummy and the staff is very nice. The pizza is always nice and hot wen I order delivery. Love love love but not yesterday, it was the worst pizza experience of my life. So it might seem snooty but when I spend 40bucks on pizza I want what i want . I love the pizza "big new yorker" it's so yummy with a sweet marinara that just brings the whole pizza together and it has very distinct taste so when I order it I expect it to be with sweet marinara, it wasn't it was undercooked it had way too much cheese which I didn't ask for and not enough pepperoni which I did ask for extra not to mention that they Are outsourcing delivery thru door dash cause they have no driver so cash only and the guy didn't even have change I tried to call the store nope call. CEnter hung up on once lied to the second time needless to say i ended up with 40$ gone and no pizza eaten and no resolution.. not happy"

"Awkward painful embarrassing. Ordered online website showed ready at 645. We arrived at 645 and were told still not ready.There’s several people standing around staring. Plenty of people in the kitchen but??? At minimum 15 people waiting for orders. Maybe kitchen needs trained on assembly line? Idk it was so painful"

"I ordered online and the food was cold and hard. So I took the pizza back and asked for another pizza after waiting 30 minutes the pizza wasn't even hot. Not even fresh out the oven when I got it. I will be ordering somewhere else"

"Here goes to the worst review, I can’t believe the customer service I received & how unsanitary the employees are. I just moved into the neighborhood placed a order online at this location well my food never arrived multiple phone calls an left a VM no pickup no call back nothing so 3 hours later I decided to go into the location to see if maybe they’re closed or something so I walk in first I see a lady with no gloves or hair net on handling the pizza than she comes up to the desk I tell her the situation of ordering online an there was no delivery whole time she kept talking when I was saying “I’m the only one working” I tell her well I called about 6 times so I show her my call log an she walks off an I’m like hey what about my pizza? She said she’s canceling my food because I was being rude when I really wasn’t? I think she just didn’t want to work so she cancels my order it’s one less for her to do. The situation was just messed up I expected her to at least ask for my name or number & what I ordered so she can make it right but nope I got the complete opposite! She tells me to leave the store screaming like a crazy person I was literally in shock & scared for my life so I left right away not knowing what this crazy lady was capable of. I took a video of everything but this review don’t let me upload videos I believe the woman’s name was Julia or Julie"

"Do you see these pictures? This is what awesome looks like. I have ordered from this location many many times before. It's always good. Pizza is always cooked to perfection. Always fresh. Order is always followed correctly. Well, a couple of weeks ago I used my birthday coupon to get my free cheese sticks and the website kept giving me an error. I tried about 4 times and then I gave up. Well, 2 weeks later I go through my email looking for a completely different thing and I find that I received a confirmation email that the order actually went through. But because it kept giving me an error when I tried to place the order I did not think to check my email at the time and so I never got to pick up the order. So I called the store (again, this is 2 weeks after the fact) and told them what happened. They remade the cheese sticks for me that day and added extra cheese, too! That's extra love right there. Thank you, Miguel and Kim!!! You guys are amazing human beings. You made my day."
