"We had our car towed to L&H through the recommendation of the towing company. They took a week to get back to us and stated that the car was totalled but did not have a break down of the damage . We explained that we wanted a break down of the damage because we only had liability coverage on that car. More than 2 weeks later and we still have not received the estimate. When we contacted them about this they responded by saying they will get it to us as soon as possible but tow ins are always put behind other work. They also threatened to charge us for storage. We have decided to have it towed to another shop that will help us with an estimate and see if we can get it back on the road. Poor customer service!"

"My 4Runner was badly damaged in that crazy hailstorm in June 2023, and this place came highly recommended. From the moment I called to have my truck repaired, the staff at L & H was kind, they explained things thoroughly, and they gave me consistent and transparent timelines from the waitlist to the repair schedule. Ray had to deal with some atrocious resistance from my insurance company, and he was diligent about getting them to cover my claim while refusing to compromise what needed to be done to get my truck back in flawless shape. Tracy was wonderful, their communication was clear, and my truck was as good as new when I picked it up. I hope I don't need to use this shop again anytime soon, but if I needed to, I would return in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything!"

"My husband and I had an accident driving from MI to CO. We needed our driver side mirror replaced as is very unsafe and illegal to drive without one. We called multiple body shops, and we’re told it would be at least 30 days for an appointment. We called Ray at L&H Auto body repair in Evergreen CO and he told us to come rite over. Once we got to his shop Ray immediately got on the phone, located the mirror and installed it while we waited. His auto-body specialist also got the driver side door open, which was wedged closed during the accident, did further diagnoses and recommended a reputable shop. When we needed help, and could find none, Ray answered his phone and said come on right over I will help you. He was a God sent to us during a stressful situation. We are truly grateful that we found Ray and would highly recommend him and his staff for your auto body needs"

"I cannot in good faith recommend this company for any auto repair work sadly. I wish I had better things to say about this company. Randy is very nice and very helpful. However, his shop absolutely ruined my car. I got my car back with lots of missing parts, expensive repairs they did, had to be redone, within only a couple months. They didn't use OEM bolts when they "fixed" my car. The passenger door was simply missing parts so every time the door opened and closed, it made a loud popping sound. After getting it back from them, the side where the accident happened flooded every time it rained, causing mold. The cheap bolts they put in caused my steering column to shift every time the wheel was turned, making a loud clunk with every left or right turn. The list of issues from their work goes on and on. Ultimately, we ended up having to sell the car because we never knew when the next cheap bolt would strip or what part would break next. They ended up costing us over 20k in extra repairs and loss from having to sell it. After finding out all the issues, we were not comfortable taking it back to them again to redo their shotty work. Not to mention the car we really wanted for years and years and finally saved enough to buy was ruined. On top of the issues with the car, the woman who answers the phone is so dismissive and acts like by being a customer of theirs is an annoyance to her job."

"Everything about getting my bumper fixed was easier thanks to everyone at L&H. Total ended up being very close to the quote, I wasn't without my car except an hour or two. Will definitely come back again if I should require more body work on my car. Highly recommend."
