"Friendly staff and very knowledgeable, however I was told plan to pick up at 12, as I’m pulling up to the dealership, I get a text that says pick up at 2 instead. I get there a little before 2 and told another 30-45 minutes. Finally get my car back at 2:50 right before closing. Not a big deal, still the better audi dealership in the area!"
