Royal Towing and Recovery

"Incompetent, passive agressive and dishonest. Wanted to take the easiest, quickest and highest risk of damage to my vehicle way to pull it off a steep embankment. When I simply questioned if there was another way of doing it he said I should get a wrecker (he was in a flatbed) and he'd call one for me (I was miles from mobile reception). Days later find out from a local friend I made the wrecker said he didn't go because the first guy told him I was "telling him how to do his job". A few days later I found two local guys who came with their pick up trucks, listened to my concerns and suggestions, and we worked together and pulled the car forward (Not sideways like this guy wanted) and got it back on the road with zero damage at all. And the kicker is no matter how much I insisted, they would take anything in return. They simply enjoyed being able to help a stranger. This guy wanted to treat my car like it was useless scrap, not a car I dearly love. For a basic tow after a breakdown or recovering a totaled vehicle, this guy would have been fine I assume. But if you have a tricky situation, this guy was more than useless, he was a danger to my vehicle and simply dishonest. I told 5 or 6 people about his suggested method, including one who had worked as a tow truck driver for years, and every single person thought it was crazy to pull the car sideways and surely would have damaged at the tires/wheels if not the suspension or even frame. You have been warned! Use this guy at your own risk!"

"Guy showed up, instantly had an the worst attitude then called the cops and denied it and drove away. Biggest jerk I have ever met!!!! We called someone else they helped us out instantly. I would call a towing service form New York before I call this man for his service. Rude, no professionalism and a liar! They provided no service but trouble."

"Well, Gabe was phenomenal! Unfortunately when I went to turnaround in an obvious turnaround spot, I got stuck in the mud! Did I mention it was 4:30 in the morning at that?!? Soooo, even though towing/wrecker services were advertised as "24/7" on Google, no-one would answer the phone! Guess they really didn't want the business. But anywho, we called one company who actually answered, but the gentleman was extremely rude when we called back after the 3 hours we waited-per him-for him to complete the job he was on. We called back on the 4th hour. Fed up, frustrated & over it, we found Royal Towing & Recovery on Google & Gabe answered immediately. Not only that, he said he would head right over-& being a man of his word-he did. He valiantly attempted to pull out our 54,000 lb truck, but to no avail. He then called D&S Towing on his own on our behalf & set it up for them to come out. We offered $ to him for his efforts, but he wouldn't accept it. Having already gone over & beyond the call of duty, he waited there with us until they came!! Wow! What a great spirited man. Thank you Gabe!
