"If anyone has a problem with there vehicle Luke’s auto body shop is the place to go to, in South Omaha. His team is outstanding with awesome customer service. Luke and his team are very professional courteous understanding and compassionate. I run my own business so when I dropped my vehicle off I had no way to pick it up. Luke went out of his way to pick me up so I can go get my car. They did an outstanding job on the side mirror and the window. I will be taking my vehicle back to get a dent fixed in the door. "Terrible. Tow truck took my moms car to the wrong auto body (Luke’s), Luke’s auto body did not notify my mom till 10 days after. My mom had to pay $650 just to take the car out of the parking lot. I do not understand the great reviews… It could be because my mom does not speak English very well, they saw an opportunity to take advantage and ran with it. Luckily, we now know what a family business truly means now. Oh, and on top of that they wanted to charge my mother $9,000 to fix her car. What a scam of a place, definitely not “great prices” or “quick/fast service.”"
