"I recently was in need of getting a trailer brake installed in my GMC pick up. I was in a bit of a time crunch because I was heading back east to pick it up the trailer a week later. Kelsey and Brandon worked hard to fit me in and order the necessary parts and wiring harness. Once they got me in for the install, Brandon included me with the install to make sure the location was right for me. They did a very clean job with the instillation using nuts and bolts for mounting instead of the screws it came with. It's mounted right and not coming loose. "Yet another local business with questionable business ethics. I brought my 96 Toyota in for an alignment. Without consent they did a 70 point courtesy inspection. Some of the items required invasive actions, like removing spark plugs. Fine, I guess except they had me waiting for almost 3 hours for something that should’ve been done in an hour. Their report listed multiple parts which they stated should be replaced, here’s the thing - I replaced every single part listed within the previous 60 days. Idk if they were basing everything on the age of the vehicle but if I didn’t know better they would’ve had me spend literally 5k$ on parts that had a thousand miles on them. Told me they couldn’t do an alignment unless I changed the idler arm. Did that - call back a month later and they no longer service vehicles that are 1996 or older. Between the flat out wrong laundry list of repairs they concocted and the run around, frankly I’m glad to be taking my business elsewhere. As a result they’ve lost the opportunity to service my small fleet of vehicles - they’re not worried about that lost revenue as I’m sure they’ll separate you from the money in your wallet if you trust them with your vehicle."
