I sent him the money on Western Union, and called him back with confirmation and he already had another job to do with the state patrol he said, was answering the phone at first and told me it would b 3 hrs until he was finished. Called him 3hrs-4hrs later he stopped answering the phone. Had more jokes than a bad stand up comedian , really was in a time of bees and sold me hope rather than service."
