"I recently sold my vehicle to Turner Toyota. I was upfront about the battery needing replaced but otherwise the car being in good condition. They offered me 16.2k and refused to budge on that number due to “tires maybe needing replaced even though they still have tread”. In hindsight I should have refused the offer but I have had good experiences with them in the past and trusted their appraisal of the vehicle. They turned around a few days later and posted the vehicle for sale for over $8,000 what they paid me for it. Far more than what the average dealership makes on a used car. I would not trust them to be transparent on future appraisals/ trade ins and wish I would have taken the car elsewhere."
