Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"My husband and I walked in after getting off of work late for a quick pizza, the first thing she said to us when we walked in “we close in like 5 minutes” I told her we would be quick and she rolled her eyes and threw a big fit the whole 3 minutes it took her to make the pizza, she was smacking the computer while checking us out to make sure we knew it was a big deal that we walked in to late for her. She handed us our pizza and while we were walking out she started cussing. Worst experience ever to get a pizza. Young girl, purple hair with glasses."

"I guess I kind of understand when you're paying your people sub $15 an hour. But the help that I have received from the staff at Papa Murphy's over the last 5 to 10 visits has been pretty consistently bleak, I understand they're overwork and understaffed. But have tried calling four times in a row to confirm if my order even went through, was thinking in my head anytime I've ever called Domino's or Papa John's or Pizza Hut in the past the answer because that's the business. They pick up the phone they take the order they say thank you, unfortunately not here when they say contactless service they truly mean that. Going to drive over here in about 20 minutes to see what the deal is but couldn't get anybody on the phone."

"Always a dependable source for a pizza with fresh ingredients. Good value for the price. Can get busy. Ordering ahead on line most efficient, saves a wait. Consistent delivery of a good product. Clean, friendly,comfortable."

"They used a large pizza for an extra large and shoved all the toppings the crust was completely misshapen it was not rolled out all the way the edges were all wonky and didn't go to the edge of the cardboard disc thing they put it on. I took pictures and there is no way to show this because the description probably doesn't do it justice. There was no manager available to talk to. Also I ordered a salad and had to stand around and wait for it to be made when they are normally just sitting there mind you I also ordered ahead of time so by the time I got off work I could just grab and go but yet I still had to wait. Also twice I did the same thing to have it ready at a certain time and still waited 10-15 minutes to get my food"

"I have been to this Papa Murphy’s twice in the last two weeks. Both times they closed before their hour of 8 o’clock saying they just wanted to close. They were rude, condescending, disrespectful, and if it was my restaurant at fire all of them. I would love to have the manager call me. I am very disappointed in this establishment. I have been to Papa Murphy’s in Fort Worth and Arkansas and we’re treated very well unlike this restaurant, I see the sign that says start your own franchise From now on I’ll call ahead and find out what their when what time they wanna close that day so I can get there before they come up with that excuse. Very disappointing VERY. Is there a no manager on duty at your establishment? I am not the only one that was treated that way both times others walked in behind us were treated the same way. I would love to have the owner call me and explain to me why anybody would be treated this way."
