"Phil and company had my Tundra down there for a while trouble shooting some pretty cryptic issues. He went above and beyond to return to me my truck in great shape. I just went back to them desparately seeking a solution to an airbag light issue. Turner Toyota had charged me 180$ to diagnose what is simply a 10 minute diagnostic and quoted me an 830$ repair. I called Phil; he talked me off the ledge, found the part, told me to order it and bring it in. I did all that and got the situation resolved basically for the price of the online part saving me literally 700$. That kind of honest integrity is hard to come by and combined with the friendliness and genuine interest makes me want to recommend Performance to anyone who is looking for trustworthy quality auto work."

"I've been back to these guys probably 4 or 5 times now. Customer service 10/10. Quality of work 10/10. Professionalism 10/10. Price 10/10. They have always gone above and beyond. It takes them a decent amount of time to get some things done. However, that's because they're taking their time to make sure things are done right. Whatever your presuppose a "shady mechanic" to be like, imagine that these guys are the exact opposite, and you won't be far off. Always fair. Always honest. "The bottom line here is that this shop was fantastic! After breaking down and spending a day waiting for a tow at Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP all day we finally got our Pilot to Performance Muffler & Auto just before they closed. Through some miracle, they were able to look at it first thing the next day and determined it was the fuel pump. Everyone there was super kind and knowledgeable. The lady that handled the front of the shop clearly knew her way around a car and was so helpful. While they had our fuel pump on hand, she had the foresight to order the whole assembly that morning should the pump alone not get us running again. We had 3 weeks worth of camping supplies in the car and they did not seem fussed that they had to remove a ton of it for us to access the fuel pump from the back seat. They also took care when removing things and it was greatly appreciated. I didn't catch the name of the guy that fixed her for us, but he and all the other guys in the shop were so great. If I lived in this area, this would be my go to shop. Thanks for your help. We are currently some 800 plus miles further on our trip thanks to you!!!"
