I felt like an inconvenience the entire time, no one was friendly or welcoming, which was really surprising because Copy Copy was highly reccomended to me and ive never had an issue here before. It felt very judgy and cold. I probably wont come back here again. I hate my job too sometimes, but im never rude to customers who are just trying to go about their day and support a small business."

"Updating this that the manage and another employee did make this right. But beware and make sure you get a quote in writing would be my recommendation. The ladies that work her are not friendly or professional at all. When I brought it up to them that the size on an item doesn’t match at all they got even more rude. Saying they account for waste. I don’t expect their waste to be 24 inches of waste. Maybe an inch or 2. I will never step foot in this establishment again."
