Discount Tire

"Had road hazard issues with two of my tires. Came by discount, where I had the work done prior, and Josh stated one of the tires was worn outside of warranty and another working tire was worn out as well. In order to ensure my safety Josh and Shawn worked with me to replace all four tires, mount, balance, and disposal at a reasonable rate. Thank you guys for working with me and getting me back on the road safely."

"The team here is amazing (especially the manager!)- super friendly and very knowledgeable too! They’re able to work on nearly any vehicle including some commercial tires up to 19.5in, which I’ve never heard of other Discount Tires offering. They get very busy and appointments are recommended, but are still able to take walk ins and can do a lot of tire repair services for free. Will be coming back here for all of my tire needs."

"Our fist 2 cars was great serves, quick install and no issues. We were very happy with service and product. 2 weeks ago we ordered studded snow tires and were told they would call when there in. A week later we called when we were coming into town and they said they could get the on that day. When we came in we found out they were not studded yet and had to wait an extra hour. The next morning we pulled out of the driveway and realized one tire was completely flat and off the rim. We got a ride down to discount tire and they came out to the house and changed the tire back to our hold tire. They ordered a new one and said they would call when it's in. No call and a week later when coming into town we called to see if it's in. It was and they said we can come down and get it installed. We ask if it was studded. They said no and the guy who does the studies isn't in until 4pm. The next morning we came in and they wanted us to wait until they could get to it. We now have about 4 hours sitting in their store waiting. Hopefully when I leave it's done right. 3 weeks to get tires is ridiculous. Don't believe them when they say they will get you in and out in an hour and a half. Also check you're hub caps to make sure they were installed correctly."
