"Great place to go if you want to be ripped off and lied too! Sadly, I can't undo it or I would take my business back in a heartbeat! Screwed over on my trade, ripped off on warranty prices, and they didn't even try giving me the term length I wanted or getting a loan through who we came in with a pre-approval from. Do your research and don't let them convince you you're wrong! Better to walk away then regret doing business with them! Even if you love the vehicle when your gut says leave trust it because you don't want to talk in circles until you're convinced and end up realizing you got played good. Big mistake doing business with them and I will be sure not to repeat it!"
"I'm torn about this review. I had a great buying experience and I love my car. But once I drove away, the service ended. I was told there was an owner's manual in my vehicle and realized there was not one and reached out the next day. I was told I would get it in the mail in a few days (I live and hour and a half away). I waited two weeks, reached out again, and was told it had been mailed. Another two weeks, told it was on order. A few more weeks, another excuse. On and on. Now my emails to the sales rep and his manager are being ignored. I am now ordering an owner's manual myself. It is such a bummer to have such a small thing ruin the experience for me. I was so excited about my car and planned on having my service work done there."

"We were on the hunt for a new truck recently and found two that fit what we wanted. One in Delta and one in Montrose. We were sure to contact both dealers and test drive both trucks before deciding. Let me tell you, the difference between the two dealerships and salesman was astonishing. Roberto was so very responsive, personable and thorough. Everyone there was friendly and tentative. Even the sales manager took time to come check on us and introduce himself. Very professional!! We left in what I feel was record time, with our new Truck at exactly what we were hoping to spend. "Terrible service department! While vacationing in Colorado my jeep died and I had to get it towed to the nearest dealer which was flower. I had to pay for a 1 way rental to be able to get home to San diego since flower couldn't look at my car for at least a week, so i didn't qualify for a free rental while waiting for repairs. I constantly called asking for an update and my advisor never called me back. I emailed my advisors manager which didn't help. I contacted jeep cares hoping getting a case open with them that that'd get the ball rolling. I guess the service department had enough of me and finally after 6 weeks i called for an update and they said it's ready and the whole time I was stuck at home without a car! I flew from San Diego to montrose and i get there and there's still a check engine light on the dash and i start driving down the road and a message comes on the dash that the car will not restart after 200 miles. So I had to drive all the way home to San diego without turning the car off otherwise I'd be stranded. Wth did they do for 6 weeks? They didn't even fix my car! When I got home after a 14 hour drive I plugged in my code reader and there is 9 codes! Now I'm going to get it really fixed in San Diego where there's competition between dealers vs a monopoly in montrose. Thank God I don't ever need to go to flower again."
