"Recently discovered a leak in my truck that I believed was coming from my windshield. Animals glass had installed the windshield in 2020. I asked them to check it, which they did without a complaint about the time that had lapsed. I watched as Ryan worked to find where the leak was. Turned out it was one of the outside overhead cab lights. Not enough I can say about how courteous, professional and quickly they helped me identify where the leak was coming from. If I ever need glass work or when I need another windshield, you can bet I will go to Animas Glass 1st. Think you"

"Great experience every time I go into Animas Glass. Customer service is phenomenal, and they care about the people who walk into their doors. I've returned several times to get a chip repaired. I recommend to anyone asking of they need a windshield replacement or chip repair. They were able to fix this quarter sized rock chip."

"Repair was done quickly and they worked with my insurance, 5 stars initially. Front desk gal called afterward to tell me there was an issue with my insurance, this is fine. I call insurance, explain, get transferred from person to person only to be told "everything is fine, nothing needs to be changed on your policy." Great! I call Animas Glass back and am told NO I need to call insurance again. Explain to the front desk person that I already spent an hour on the phone with my insurance and they explicitly told me everything is fine, they even assigned an agent to contact Animas Glass and explain things to them. This was not good enough apparently, she INSISTED that I call my insurance again. I think that in this scenario I went above and beyond my duties as the customer, I tried to help resolve this non-issue for Animas Glass but the front desk person was rude and condescending. When I asked her to just try and submit the claim because Progressive/Safelite already told me it would be accepted she told me she didn't want to because if it is rejected it might delay payment or cause extra processing fees for Animas Glass. I empathize but again I'd already explained to her that I spent an hour on the phone with my insurance, what else could I do?! This is terrible customer service, this was the exact moment to say "wow sorry you had to do that, we'll take it from here, thank you". But she kept insisting that I was wrong, that my insurance was wrong, that the insurance auto glass claims partner was wrong... holy hell. Wish I had gone somewhere else, I'm sure Animas Glass is fine if you don't run into any insurance-related issues but like so many things in life it's going to be the customer service that I remember and not the chip repair that any shop could have done."
