"Took my Toyota in for a squealing noise replaced alternator twice noise continued went another Toyota tech he replaced a drive belt 70 dollars hutches charged me 675. All they do is guess and throw parts at the problem totally incompetent these guys are total hacks don't even look at there sign move on."

"I Took my vehicle in to get a transmission rebuilt. They did it in a timely manner. (Cost just under $4000) The week of picking up my vehicle the transmission started leaking oil. Over a 6 month period it was in and out of their shop fixing the same leak. Before the warranty expired they fix it one last time, and it still leaks oil. Over the period of the time we wasted time and fuel driving back in forth for them to fix the van. In that time they also dented and scratch my vehicle. Doug is a great guy just overall not satisfied with the service."

"Crooks, thieves, and a waste of money. These guy are con artists. $4,600.00 to rebuild a transmission. It was leaking oil. They didn’t replace the valve body. I had to call many times. Was told “your driving to aggressively, most people take it easy on a new transmission”. So I waited and did some research. Decided to adjust the kickback linkage. It didn’t help. Finally they said bring it in. So I drove the hour and a half and they added some fluid. Then sent me on my way. Problem persisted, called and called. Finally got told to drive down again. That’s when they told me they hadn’t replaced the valve body. Who “rebuilds” a transmission and doesn’t replace the valve body? Also they stole a transmission core from me when it had been agreed they would take $1,000 of the total. Got told it was a totaled transmission and that’s why they didn’t honor what they said. I new it was totaled and so did they. It was a transmission core, that didn’t stop them from keeping it."

"Took my transmission in to be rebuilt. It was done on time and the tech was very knowledgeable. I called and had a couple parts shipped and added to the build and was accommodated very respectfully. I called multiple times and my questions were answered thoroughly. The transmission shifts strong and smooth and I have had no issues with it at all.
