"I took my 2018 Toyota 4 Runner TRD off road here to have new rims put on and the tires balance. After picking it up it shook so terribly on the highway it was almost not driveable. After taking it somewhere else they were able to show me that the tires were not even close to being balanced. After having them rebalance my vehicle drives like a dream again. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here and paying for them to do something that is not even done close to the right way."

"I scheduled an oil change today at 915 and I went to get the vehicle and went to pay and the service dept I told the rep there the charge was only 20 bucks for a tire rotation and I was sure that I needed to pay more since old changes cost about 100 and I found it wasn’t even completed. I couldn’t believe it! It was why I came in. Just shocked at the carelessness this day and age. They did make good on it and gave me the oil change for free. Anna is wonderful w great customer service .. but very disappointed as I didn’t want to take the vehicle to a independent dealer and then they forgot to put my keys back in my car so I drove off and had to come all the way back to get my keys"
