"I wanted to have my transmission flushed on my Chrysler Aspen. I called Off again company and they couldn't do it for me. They referred me to Tico's and I had no idea where it was. I called anyway and made an appt. When the time came I used my Google map to help there. Wow the parking there is very limited, was confused on where to park. So I just parked along the building. My dad pulled in too with his truck and had trouble turning it around. Since I was dropping off my SUV. Anyway I went inside and I think I was talking to the boss, he was real nice and knowledgeable and answered my questions. My appt was at 9am but I got there at 8:30am and lucky he was there and took my keys. They called me at 11am saying they were done. I went to get my SUV and the boss showed me some pictures of my pan that it wasn't to bad. My SUV felt smoother driving it. So far my Aspen is driving great. Drove to Phoenix and back. Thanks for a great job. Will be coming back."
