We have been able to make appointments with ease and even once I showed up a day early and I was able to go to a different location and take care of the appointment that day. They were very flexible! Or I was? :-) Last night we had to get my oldest in last minute due to being sick and we got in with Dr. Johnson and she was awesome. I had a four-year-old and a five-year-old with me who could not sit still for anything! And she did not seem bothered whatsoever with their activity. She engaged them both in the appointment."
