"The staff was extremely rude. Not helpful. We have a plan on our vehicle for oil change and maintenance warranty. The information was offered at the time the appointment was made and they declined taking any of that until the day of the appointment. Went today told them again we have a warranty and they say they can't find it. After 45 minutes of bank and forth we're told they've had issues with Durango Toyota not putting this information in and still did not get the warranty on the oil change and only got a small discount taking about $15 off the total. Absolute waste of time taking your vehicle here."
