I called and left a voice message just asking for a status. 3PM and still not a word so I called again..10 minutes later and I finally get a call. They hadn't even looked at it yet. I totally understand that things get busy but because I didn't get a simple 2 minute phone call I didn't have time to schedule alternate transportation to an important doctor's appointment I had to walk back to the shop and get my truck. A 2 minute phone call is all it would have taken."
