"We rented a 26’ uhaul from them and they entered the beginning mileage wrong , so when uhaul did the final billing, they were trying to charge an additional $3000! When I called them to try to get them to intervene and get it corrected, they acted like it was my problem… she said she would have her manager call me back and of course that never happened. Instead, U-Haul then sent me a bill with a due date that would allow me 3 more days to pay before late fees. Finally got ahold of someone with U-Haul that actually did help clear it up… no thanks to the folks in Cortez. Note to self… take a pic of your starting mileage."
