"We brought our side-by-side in and weren't sure what was wrong other than the brake master cylinder. Called after 2 weeks and was told that they hadn't gotten to it. After 4 weeks was told they had tore into it but couldn't get to the parts estimate; at that point I started getting frustrated and calling every week. Approx week 5 were told that he had driven it around and noticed a noise but hadn't had a chance to tear into it and wasn't sure what was wrong. (Obviously he had forgotten that he told me a week prior that they had already tore into it). I was getting more frustrated and angry with them each call. Week 6 the story was that he hadn't tore into it yet but that he had been at the Dr., and hadn't gotten a chance to look at it yet. Week 7 and I was really mad and said it'd need a new transmission at a cost of over $3000 and that my unit wasn't worth it (it was worth much much more than that) but he said he could just fix the brake master cylinder at a cost of $200 and I should just drive it because the noise probably didn't mean anything anyway. I told him fine- but that if it's not done in a week, I'm picking it up and that's the end of it. 8 weeks in it's finally done (brakes only)- went to pick it up and the bill was $300. My wife said, "that's not what you quoted" and he offered to take $50 off. We paid it and ran. This happened over a year ago and I wasn't even going to write a review but just be glad I got my side-by-side back in running order and never use them again ... until a good friend just told me the exact same story that he's going through with this same shop. I felt very guilty that I hadn't shared my experience publicly because other people are getting the same dishonesty."

"Took my brand new Exel wheels and spokes to Dan to get laced up and trued. He did a quality job at a great price. Also got tires mounted up for me. These were gold anodized wheels for a 82yz490 and he treated them with care. No scratches or dings. Quality work. Thanks Dan."

"Had 2009 atv for 6 months. Couldn't figure out what was wrong. Finally said valves are bad. Took them 6 months to figure that out. Left outside uncovered the whole time. My bags were bleached by the sun, they were a week old when I took it to them. Left parts off and didn't include them when I picked it up, or even know where to look for them when I called and ask where they were. Said an employee quit that was working on it, so they didn't know."

"Honest and kind! I found myself stuck in a roadside ditch last week. Within a couple of minutes Dan just happened to be passing by and pulled over to help us out. He didn’t make me feel stupid (which I was) and didn’t ask for anything in return (including this review). Just a Good Samaritan helping out someone who needed a tow. Dan is a quality guy that you can trust with your vehicle."
