"The weekend event for the 2023 Eclipse was very well organized, and a delight to attend. Our needs were anticipated, and the staff worked hard to give us a great experience during the eclipse. The center itself is beautiful inside and out, and well designed for events such as this."
"This is the worst museum to go to for me personally. We tried to go here the first time and we were not allowed to go in because they have a water main break.. at first it was understandable because it was a rough winter. Today we came in because the website says it’s open Tues-Sat 10-4, and I even called to confirm and the voicemail mentioned different hours (Mon-sat 9-6, open on sundays too). I was disappointed that they do not update their website about their real schedule. The kids were excited to visit for the first time but they cried upon finding out it was closed. It was a very frustrating and disheartening experience and a disservice to their customers. If they cannot keep it open then just close it for good!"
"I have been here before and it was great experience. However, I was not impressed this morning. I attempted to take my kids here at 10 AM and the doors were locked. I waited for 20 minutes with no sign of staff opening the facility. The business stated it would be open at 10 AM in the following places: Google maps, road sign, and facility door. I have heard in the community that they have been understaffed for a couple of months. I understand the frustration of understaff issues but find a solution whether it is temporary or not. At least cut you hours back until you hire more staff...there needs to be some form of consistency to these issues."
"My kids loved playing with everything there. We spent at least an hour there. Then we we explored outside. We love having a pass."
"We stayed here through Harvest Hosts and loved it. They were so nice and accommodating. The interactive section is great for kids and adults as it covers the full STEM process. They also had water fill and nice bathrooms, which was nice. The stay was quiet and beautiful."
