"Everything I go here something is wrong or missing, literally everything! Today, I was told to wait before ordering and took 5 minutes. Once I got to the window took a other 5. As soon as I pulled away I realized something was missing. I pulled around, went inside and it took another 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. Something needs to be done with this place, the inside is not clean and the service is lacking!"

"Waiting 10 mins in line for 2 burgers and a fry. Fries were cold and one burger was incorrectly done. Very poor service and quality."

"Food was cold and disgusting. The fries were old and tasted like salted Styrofoam. Nothing in our order was right. Asked for a fring, got a large fry with ONE ring on top... y'all can do better."

"1. 950 am and they told me they are not serving biscuits for breakfast. 2. Order the burrito was told they cant make that either. Order croissant and it was old and stale. I add it had 1 piece of bacon on it. Hashbrowns tasted like made at 6 am. Lady at counter had an attitude. Man came from the back was told do the drive-thru took the headset and proceeded to ask someone if they wanted to work up front. The drive thru had been sitting as long as it took me to order since they were out of everything. If you serve breakfast until 11 maybe be sure you are willing to make it or say hey we can serve lunch if you like?. I heard this place got bad but lord, it needs shut down"

"They always mess stuff up. Rude as heck. Lady complained about everything I ordered and still forgot all my pickles. Garbage location, go to the West 23rd location instead. The drive is worth it."
