"When I walked in Manager was on drive thru when she finished she turned around and started getting food for drive thru and not a word was said of hello, hi how are you, be with you in a moment nothing. I ordered 3 double cheese and a royal crispy chicken and a strawberry shake chicken was maybe luke warm at best along with the double cheese burgers. Makes a person feel like they are a burden and not very welcome"
