"I have been dealing with lumbar disc issues causing sciatic pain for almost 2 years. Multiple epidurals, physical therapists, and medications. Nothing consistently worked. After I started seeing Cindy regularly, the symptoms started to dissipate, but not completely disappear. What I really appreciated is that Cindy recognized her treatment was not a long term (rest of my life) option and that I should consider alternatives like surgery since it had gone on so long. She was supportive of my plan and provided advice. While she ultimately couldn't fix my problem (and nothing could other than surgery), Cindy helped me through the process and to feel confident in my decisions."
"Cindy is excellent at sports massage therapy. She was able to work out my tennis elbow with 4 massages, when all other options had failed. Your the best Cindy!!"
"I went to Hands On Sports Massage simply because I wanted to get ready for my first half Marathon. Cindy noted by left leg was much more tight and so forth than my right. I mentioned I have been getting shin splints since I started running 2 years ago. I go new shoes tailored to my running style, but still I got shin splints. I then told her two years ago before I started to run I broke my big toe on that left leg. She figured it out. I had favored that foot as the bone healed. My leg became accustomed to this and it took on that favoring as a normal stance, walk and running stride. Through several sessions of direct message therapy I learned to run correctly. I ran my half marathon without any pain. Further, my arthritic left knee has felt so much better. I am truly thankful for what she has done for me. You need this."
"Cindy McGuire is the Dr of Massage. She will find areas that could become a concern and then she goes above and beyond in her instructions and therapy to aid you in healing & knowing your own body."
"The more I progress in my journey as a natural bodybuilder, it seems the more common aches and pains come with it. I was referred to Cindy by my training coach a few years ago due to your typical shoulder pains. Having never had any kind of massage whatsoever, I was nervous about having someone poke around – and in all honesty, skeptical it would help. It’s been over two years now; I have been regularly going back to Cindy for treatment of various aches and pains. She has become an important aspect of my training. By receiving regular treatment, I am able to train at a higher level, recover faster, and above all, remain injury free. First timers – this is not what you would call a “relaxing massage” – and for good reason. She is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly to talk to. I would (and have) recommend her service to athletes who are interested in taking the best possible care of their body."
