Erin Stevens

Erin Stevens is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatment for anxiety and related disorders. Located at 6750 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines, Iowa, Dr. Stevens offers expert care with a personalized approach. She is a founding member of OCDIowa and serves as its vice president/secretary. Dr. Stevens is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and focuses on exposure-based treatments for anxiety issues. She treats OCD, health anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, phobias, and more. With experience in perinatal anxiety and OCD, she also offers parent-based treatments for child and adolescent anxiety.
