"I currently work at ABT as an RBT! I switched career paths after feeling unfulfilled in the line of work I was previously doing. I worked with kids throughout high school and college, and figured maybe it would be worth checking out! ABT was very willing to explain the process and what would be necessary for me to start my career as an RBT. After completing the requirements, I finally started working with kiddos, and I absolutely love it! ABT is great about scheduling, and being available for any questions I may have. ABA is amazing. It has taught me a lot about behavior and how to not only help kiddos manage their own, but a lot of the skills have transcended into my own personal life as well.
