"I visit this Scooters location frequently and my experience is always great. The main reason for this is the staff. I was there recently and the wait was a bit longer than usual. Having worked in food service for many years I know how stressful this can be for employees. That said, I was not surprised the entire staff and my favorite barista, Katie handling the difficult situation with grace and a smile. I will be a long-time regular of this Scooters for this reason."
"Stopped here at 4pm today. Great sandwich and drink but we waited in line behind 2 cars for 25 minutes. When I made a comment about the wait time I was told “we just had shift change and nothing was done” I would not have waited that long but the entire drive-thru is enclosed so once you’re in, the only way out is through. I thought it would be nice to get my daughter a little treat on her way to work but she ended up being extremely late. No apology or compensation was offered. Super frustrating!"
