"We can not say enough positive remarks about Steve’s Roofing. Steve is extremely professional and very responsive. After the storm this summer, he had a crew at our house within a day of trees being removed to shingle over the holes in the roof. That’s right... shingle over the holes not simply place a tarp. Once Steve’s was able to get the materials to repair our roof, we were super impressed with the crew on site. They cleaned up each day to ensure safety around our garage and driveway. The employees were extremely friendly and hard working. And Steve’s prices were very fair and reasonable. After the work was done, we looked at our roof compared to other recent roof jobs in the neighborhood, and ours by far had cleaner edges and lines. Should we require a roofing contractor in the corridor in the future Steve’s will be our only call. We HIGHLY recommend Steve and his crews."

"I do not recommend Steve’s roofing. The team has left behind dozens of nails and trash all around my building, in the grass and on the sidewalks. This is extremely unsafe to tenants and their pets. I tried several times to call and speak to someone and never received an answer or a call back. Most roofing companies I have experienced in the past do not leave this mess behind, and go around buildings with a magnet in order to clean up nails. My building has looked like this for 2 days and no one has been out to clean up. Will Steve’s Roofing pay for an emergency room visit when someone steps on a nail? An emergency vet visit when someone’s dog does? Or pay to replace tires that will inevitably be ruined by this?"

"Steve’s came to inspect our roof’s storm damage in a timely manner. However, we have been waiting two weeks for an estimate on the roof repairs. We have called and emailed multiple times and have received no response. Our insurance company has called twice looking for an estimate which we cannot supply since Steve hasn’t provided anything. We will find another more reliable and responsive company."
