"Tender Acres is so caring, compassionate and loving. My son has had a hard adjustment to going to daycare and the staff is there to greet and take him in the morning, and share a picture or a message saying he is calmed down. They also reached out to my family via the app; brightwheel and email. Checking in on him and myself while we were sick, during the business day and after hours. They are very responsive to messages (even weekends) when I have reached out in regards to questions and concerns. They always are friendly and talking to the children and parents. During drop off when walking away they always say have a good day, which always makes drop off easier, even when my child is crying to know they are there for support. I am so glad I brought my son to Tender Acres!"

"We switched our infant to TenderAcres about 6 months ago from a larger center, and are SO GLAD WE DID! From the moment I showed up for a surprise tour during breakfast time for the kids I have felt so welcome, even though it was poor timing on my part. The staff is always quick to respond to questions and are always willing to work with our requests, no matter how crazy they are. They also never make me feel bad or like a crazy mom with some of my unusual requests. But the thing we love the most is that everyone knows our daughter and always acknowledges her (even though she's a baby) giving TenderAcres such a small community feel. I could go on and on about all the things we love here, but all that you really need to know is that TenderAcres is an AMAZING daycare!"

"Our daughter has been going to this daycare for a year. The new owner has been great and so are the staff. She goes to bed asking if she has daycare the next day. When I pick her up she tells me everything they did that day. All the staff have been helpful and willing to do things I have asked. When we were potty training we did a 2 hour bathroom schedule I got a report every day with the times she went, who took her and if she did go or not. If we are working on something at home the staff has done the same. I would recommend tender acres"
