"They sent a completely different item than I ordered (but labeled with tags from the item I ordered, which cost 2x the price). No attempt has been made at refunding or providing the actual item I payed for over 3 months ago. This company is fraudulent and will be reported to the FTC."

"I have shopped at BHFO for over five years. Be aware they take out the cost of shipping on returns from the total refund. Do research on what you're about to buy by googling it and seeing what people say about sizing. Size up or down based on that and you'll be fine. Everything they sell has already been reviewed at Norstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdales, Dillards, Google, or Amazon. After ordering hundreds of items there was only one issue with a Nic + Zoe sweater unraveling at the neck immediately after the first washing. They offered to replace it but I just sewed it shut since I didn't want to deal with returning it / post office. I was never scammed by them or led astray. They sell authentic quality brand new items for wonderful and supportive prices. I love them."

"Initially, I was like some other reviewers on here….a solid “0” with the customer service representative. I ordered size 7.5 running shoes for my daughter for Christmas. They arrived in a shoe box with size 7.5 on the box label. As the weather has now warmed, she opened the box and saw size 7.5 UK shoes, which is really size 10 shoes in the US, much too large. I contacted the company to request a swap on the shoes and they were very adamant the return must be in accordance with their 30 day policy on returns. We are not wanting a refund. We are wanting to swap the shoes. Despite being past the 30 days, I was pretty persistent and spoke with a supervisor who was understanding and very helpful. They kindly resolved the issue. Very pleased with their service."

"Received a pair of boots with drawing on them like a marker squiggly line down the side in a shoe box that was destroyed and taped back together. Another pair one of the shoes had tons of missing color and the other shoe the heel was coming off. The company’s response was basically “oh well, send them back” which I most certainly will do over throwing them out or donating them but you really do get what you pay for. Run from this company."
