Couldn't get my foot inside boot after resole....told me it was my fault....mentioned to him I wore them in...swore at me a threw my boots across the hall. Told me to get the f out....no problem"

I was happy with the plan and so left the boots and walked the mall while he worked. "When dropped off shoes for heel replacement was given no caveats so I thought that meant same type and size of heel replacement. Picture below is repaired shoe (black heel) with exact same shoe in different color for contrast. New heel is a bit smaller and thicker. Cuts are not always even with original. Works but I’ll bring someplace else next time (which may mean bring on vacation since this seems to be the only place in town)"
