"This place is horrible , the previous Director cared about her staff and the kids , meanwhile the current “Director” plays favoritism , she’s horrible at communicating with staff , she thinks everything is funny when it comes to the kids and there trauma , she plays favoritism with staff and kids . She doesn’t like to be bothered on her on call days when a situation(s) occurs , if you don’t wanna be bothered then why be on call or even work there ? That’s just weird to me . But I guess . I pray for those kids and the staff that actually do care about them . I hope that place is managed by a different management team in the future !"

"I was a kid here a few months back. The place was incapable of constructing a safe and healthy environment. The shelter said it was a place for rehabilitation, however everyone there seemed to be getting worse. At least three staff quit when I was there because of the behavorial issues and assault. The children there were constantly assaulting eachother and it was basically a free-range zone for chaos to ensue. Kids ran away, got into fights, restraints were held, police were involved several times. It was a breeding ground for more troubling experiences, and most of the staff could not control the environment."

I can say that the staff really care for the kids that are here under whatever circumstance. MR D especially is very professional and very knowledgeable about what he does."
