"I was 15 minutes early. I didn’t get in until about 30 minutes after my scheduled time. There were two other patients after me and they went before me. The service provided by the Nurse Practitioner was excellent! They just weren’t punctual and that was extremely frustrating… cause they specifically asked for me to be 10 minutes early and they were the ones who were running late… Nicole did awesome as my nurse and I really appreciated her service and practicality. I just found it mind boggling that two other patients who had appointments AFTER me got in before me… call me a Karen but that didn’t make any sense to me and didn’t shape up for a good visit… next time I would appreciate if they prioritize making sure each patient came in the order that their appointment was."

"I enjoy the service I have with Dr Shepard. She takes time to listen to my concerns and does a great job at educating me. I recommend her services. I will say, one thing I don’t like about this office is the front desk clerks, that staff needs to learn people skill, they are very rude and short with patients, I saw the front desk yell at a gentleman who was delivering takeout."

"The nursing staff here are incredible, I’ve never had a nurse I didn’t like. They are always friendly and helpful and genuinely care about their patients and their needs. They spend time with me to answer my questions and give me helpful feedback before I see the doctor. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. The doctors for the most part are on time for your appointments and are very thorough, friendly, and informative. I think I’ve see every doctor at this practice and they’ve all been great and you can tell they work well together. I’ve very rarely had to wait for my appointment, usually am seen right away. If they are running behind the nurses always keep me updated so I’m not wondering what’s going on. I’ve been going here through these last 8 months of my pregnancy and couldn’t be happier."
