"I love Dr. T, but either she or her office keeps dropping the ball on my prescriptions. Hy-Vee will ping them over and over, and they will require me to come in for $ appts to even be able to have the script, but it is NEVER updated and so it's a constant battle to actually get the medication, which is important to my ability to function normally."
"I've only seen this doctor once and as a first impression, it was very poor. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 a.m. yet I didn't get called into a room until 12:10 p.m. The nurse took my weight and blood pressure and had me wait in a room for the doctor. No one bothered to mention that the doctor was running behind or that I may be waiting a little longer than normal. I understand that doctors have a lot on their plate and may run into a situation that delays their schedule but at least show your patients some courtesy and let them know that the doctor is running behind. The doctor finally stepped into he room around 12:40 p.m. I left the office around 12:50 p.m. I don't know if this type of wait time is normal or not but the lack of communication is not working."
