"Store will not honor online price for item that is stock. Needed only 1 frame and online the price was $19.99 and I could get it at that price for store pickup but since I was in the store I wanted to get the 1 frame while there. However, at the register I was told the price was $39.99 since the in-store sale was Buy One Get One Free. I didn’t need 2 frames. I had to end up going out of the store, purchase the 1 frame online and then wait until the store received and filled the pickup order in order to get just the 1 frame I needed at $19.99 instead of having to purchase 2 frames for $39.99. Most stores honor the online prices but Michaels definitely doesn’t."
"It's a very cool store. They sell anything hobby related. The only thing they don't have is fabric. Did find some neat books for my kiddo. I took a few pictures to see if he already had them. I'll go back Monday and pick them up."
"First, I have ms so walking around is not always so easy. I treated myself to a trip to Michael’s and even came up from the lake of the Ozarks to shop at this store. The aisles were not disabled friendly with boxes everywhere blocking aisles and corners. I couldn’t find everything that is was looking for and began to lose my energy so I got a few things and went to checkout. At checkout, items I had rang up more expensive than they were labeled so the clerk went ahead and said she could fix that, then it wouldn’t let her price override. So she called for assistance. Meanwhile, I’m holding up the line and trying to stand up while losing energy at the counter. The manager I assume, her name was Amiah, she took the threads and went to price check. Then said they weren’t labeled with a price so no override would be done. I still wanted the threads so I hurried to purchase them so the line could keep moving (one checker). I went ahead and expended the energy to walk back to where I found my threads to show what she said wasn’t priced. Would you have thought they were $1.99 and $1.49? Instead they were $4.79.. Terrible customer service, guessing what your prices are throughout the store and no regard for people using walking aids.."
"Michael's is one of my very favorite places. I could literally spend hours, probably days in that place and never get bored. I used the custom signs for '13th' (13th b-day. I was happy with the quality. You are able to use again and again with proper care and storage."
"The store is good for some things, but to be perfectly honest the prices are a tad rich for me. My mother-in-law wasn't able to find what she was looking for here, and when we were at the next one, she confided in me that she doesn't typically have good luck finding what she is looking for here. It isn't a bad store by any means, it is kept neat and your y can easily find the section that carries what you're looking for in particular. It just isn't one I will frequent in the future for my personal tastes."
