"Thank you, Lauren, for your excellent customer service!!! Lauren helped my disabled mother and father with their shoe purchases. My mother cannot walk very far on her own and her shoe size was at the back ofcthe store. Lauren was so helpful and very personable. Definitely recommend stopping for your shoe purchases at this Sketchers location. The only thing I would suggest is having a few small shopping carts for elderly to hold on to while shopping and a wheelchair."
