"When someone asks for oat milk and dairy free substitutes, please actually give it to them. I’m now suffering from someone’s laziness. Came in today, 11/15/23 at around 10AM and it is now 11:05AM and I’m having severe bowel distress. I ordered a caramel brulee for my partner and I got a iced OATMILK gingerbread latte. I only have bowel issues with dairy and tomatoes, obviously there were no tomatoes in this drink and I haven’t had anything else to eat or drink today."
"There’s one a few drinks that I will get. Love the drinks I have an app on my phone where I get points for scanning receipts. I asked the lady for one and she seemed extremely put out and pissed that she had to print one off. Some of us also use the receipts for tax purposes as well."
