"New point of sale system does not work for this location. Cash register is in wrong spot, too close to the main entrance. It is first come first serve at the register, so if you just want a coffee you will be waiting behind 20 other people. Just like Costco, avoid on the weekends unless you have serious time to kill. I had a half hour before work. I walked in, took one look at the new system, 10 people waiting to order. Saw the 5 tables with 15+ ppl on their phones waiting for their food and said, no thank you. Needs to be a way to expedite simple orders like a single bagel and cream cheese from the families who order half a dozen farmhouse sandwiches with alterations."
"Delicious bagels every time. Was a little dirty today inside. Tables just needed wiped down, and chairs pushed in. Service is always good, and I would highly recommend it."
