"I recently ordered from this location via DoorDash and left this review “ Ordered an Iced Venti and a breakfast sandwich. When I opened the bag to take my food out half of my drink had spilled inside the bag and had soaked into my sandwich. The travel distance from the store to delivery point was less than 1 mile. I paid $18 for half a drink and a soggy sandwich.” I went into the store a few days later to find out how to handle the bad delivery situation. Boy did they make my day! Remade my entire order even though the fault was with the delivery company. Thanks for the great customer service at the Redhawk St. Coralville location!"
