"My experience at the office was great. I was helped in a timely manor, reception for a first time client was great, I felt listened and understood. I had an issue that I felt helpless for but the doctor was confident with prescribing tests that I would know exactly what was going on. I was so excited to at least having a starting point. They told me that the results would be back in a couple days. This was in April, it's now August. I've left multiple voice-mails throughout the day, waiting on the line multiple times for nurses but eventually gave up and went somewhere else. Now I'm being billed for the test that I don't even know the results too."

He saved my life with my first pregnancy and now I am expecting again and since he has been nothing short of vigilant and compassionate- I could go on. He’s exceptional. The wait in this office can be long however, that’s a sacrifice I’m personally willing to make to see him. Doctors are busy, especially doctors as talented as he is. I’ve never had to wait over an hour. The receptionists have always been kind to me. Thank you all."

Now I am 7 weeks and I am always received 40 minutes to an hour after every appointment. This is rude and inconsiderate. When I have a set time and people who come after me are seen before me."
