"Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs was AMAZING! This was my 1st pregnancy and I was unsure of where to deliver, we were between MERCY and BERGAN MERCY, I cannot say ENOUGH positive things about the care we received at the hospital before and after birth! To start they quickly got us up to a room, rooms were very clean and spacious for family! Second the nurses..... like stated above I cant say enough great things, My main nurse who helped deliver my daughter was phenomenal! And every single nurse after that was spectacular! ( I know they do this EVERY single day but they really go out of their way and make it the most special experience ) My midwife was exceptional in all ways and very wonderful at keeping me up to date with all the information and details! Post partum care was just as fabulous and I am EXTREMELY pleased ( over the moon in fact ) with the care we received during my labor delivery & post partum care! I highly recommend this hospital, I have worked in the health care field and this was TOP NOTCH care at its finest!"
